authorized signatory
Completely fill out our application form with
your name as it appears in your passport, with
the required personal data and others.

Original, authenticated or annotated copy of
passport.

Migration card in force in the case of
foreigners with more than 90 days of
permanence in Panama, according to the last
entrance seal.

References (for each of the holders and
authorized signatories)
- Other local and foreign bank accounts, if
any (data should include country, bank name
and number of the account)
- Documents proving the source of income
- If salaried, letter of employment issued
by the current employer
- If self employed:
- Last Income Statement
- A note from the natural person
explaining his activity. Documents
which prove said activity. Submit
copy of the commercial or industrial
license if the activity so requires.
