Necessary Documentation

For approval:

  • Complete application
  • Letter of employment or the last three (3) Income Statements
  • Last two (2) payment stubs
  • Social Security voucher
  • Copy of Identity Card
  • Other identification
  • Water, electricity or telephone receipts (one of the three options)
  • House appraisal.

Once approved, the following shall be attached:

  • Good standing of maintenance quota, if apartment
  • Good standing of IDAAN
