"Puntos Verdes" is an accumulating points program for our customers, exclusive for Banvivienda’s Visa cardholders. It can be redeemed for cash credited to your credit card or personal account (checking or savings) with Banvivienda.

To join Online Banking, you must go to any Branch of your preference to fill out the application form and receive the Token, safety device that will allow you to make secure transactions.

It is a device for personal and non-transferable use only, with online authentication when performing operations with the Bank reinforcing the security of their transactions. It generates a random and unique 6-digit code that changes every 60 seconds. Without installing a software.

To activate the Token in Online Banking:

Here are the steps that must follow to activate your TOKEN:

 

  1. From the Online Banking, go to Menu / Security / Enable Device
  2. Select "Enable device" and the following screen will display:

    You must enter in the field Token * the coded numbers showed in your TOKEN. If you have more than 4 lines displayed, you should wait for the number to change to enter the new code.
  3. Then, click CONFIRM and the following screen confirming that your device was activated.

Once activated the device, you can make your regular transactions in Online Banking.

The checking and savings accounts held in Banvivienda after six (6) months without movement of deposit or withdrawal shall fall into idle state.
