Lost or stolen card:
- Report it to (507) 800-7500 or (507) 306-7500, so that it is blocked. You can process the replacement in any of our branch offices.
- You must be client of the bank with products or savings/checking account
- Complete Debit Card application and additional documents required
- Cover the annual membership, according to current rates.
